We have free parking in our lot. Everywhere is Big Bear has plenty of free parking. On busy Winter Ski days, only the ski resorts might charge for preferred parking.

Are your Rentals Family Friendly?
Families love our group vacation rentals. Our lodge consists of four rental units at our commercial property next to the village and across the street from the lake. Many families stay with us and we have a small playground on site for the kids to play in the sand. We have great reviews for safety and cleanliness.
What is provided?
Beds are made with pillows, sheets and blankets. A towel, soap and bottled water is provided when you book your stay direct on this site.
Safety?
Its very safe here. All our buildings have keypad codes to enter the buildings and video recording of everyone coming and going. Each bedroom has its own keypad code to enter. We live next door with a view of the property to keep an eye on everything.

Big Bear Lake area has Native American Indian History, Mining History, Logging History, Ranching, Skiing, and more.
Big Bear history goes back to the early pioneer days in California. Native America Serranno indians lived here before the pioneers discovered what is now called Big Bear Valley. You can find great books about the history of Big Bear in the village bookstores, the Discovery Center, and the Big Bear Museum. The museum is a great way to spend an afternoon learning about 150 years of history spanning the Gold Rush in the 1860's to the creation of the ski resort community Big Bear has become today!
