ADA Accessible Room
We proudly offer accessible lodging.
We have 1 accessible parking space with level paths and ramps to our entrances. Although our entire parking lot fairly level.
Our ADA bedroom "#10" is part of unit B ( a small motel-style rental with no kitchen area) or unit AB (which is the entire 7 bedroom 3 bathroom house with kitchen, living room, ADA bedroom and bathroom, ramps to both entrances.)
Room 10 description follows.
Private room (#10) is our accessible room, with a single (twin mattress) over a double (full mattress) bunk bed.
The room has 5ft diameter circle of floor space between the bed and door and a laptop desk that folds out from the wall.
The room features central heating. The buildings are heated to 68-70 degrees in Winter months.
Due to mild climate in Big Bear, none of our rooms have air conditioning.
This room has a visual and audible fire alarm inside the bedroom, above the door.
The door width is 34 inches.
Bathrooms
None of our bedrooms have private bathrooms. All bathrooms are residential style private locking bathrooms off the main hallway.
Room 10 is close to our accessible bathroom with toilet grab bars, shower grab bars, floating sink, and shower chair(requestable) and long shower head hose.
All of our entrance and bedroom door handles are accessible levers vs. knobs.
The bathroom door width is 34 inches.

We are a small family run business with no office hours. Reservations are required for all guests and we try to touch base with all guests to arrange a time of arrival within our check in hours of 4pm-10pm so guests don't have to wait to check in if we are off on an errand during slow times.
